  • Participants lay down comfortably on mats with blankets and eye masks (optional).
  • Sound bath begins with the facilitator using various instruments (e.g., crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes) to create a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere.
  • Gentle guidance throughout the session to help participants stay present and receptive.

6:45 PM - 6:55 PM: Gentle Awakening and Reflection

  • Gradual return to awareness with gentle sounds and soft guidance.
  • Participants are invited to slowly sit up and take a few deep breaths.
  • Short period for silent reflection on the experience.

6:55 PM - 7:00 PM: Closing Circle

  • Brief sharing circle where participants can share their experiences and insights (optional).
  • Final words of gratitude and encouragement to carry the intention-setting and relaxation into their daily lives.
