About the event

Get ready to make a difference! Our feminine care packing event is a unique opportunity to come together and support women in need within our community. Volunteers are invited to join us at 3 PM for setup, where we'll transform the space into a hub of compassion and care. At 4 PM, the packaging process begins, as we assemble essential care packages with love and intention.

We welcome donations throughout the event, so feel free to drop off items such as sanitary products, toiletries, and other essentials. As we box these items, we'll also be reaching out to local women's shelters, ensuring our donations reach those who need them most. Together, we'll make a meaningful impact by spreading kindness and support to women in our community.

Feminine Care Packing Event Agenda

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Setup and Volunteer Arrival

  • Volunteers arrive and check-in.
  • Setup of packing stations, donation drop-off area, and logistics planning.

4:00 PM - 4:15 PM: Welcome and Introduction

  • Welcome remarks from event organizers.
  • Overview of the purpose and goals of the event.

4:15 PM - 5:30 PM: Packaging Process

  • Volunteers begin assembling care packages.
  • Sorting donated items and organizing packing stations.
  • Volunteers collaborate to ensure packages are filled with essential items.

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Outreach and Coordination

  • Outreach team contacts local women's shelters to arrange drop-offs.
  • Coordination of transportation and logistics for distribution.

6:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Donation Drop-Offs

  • Participants and community members drop off additional donations.
  • Volunteers collect and organize donated items.

6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Closing and Thank You

  • Recap of the day's accomplishments.
  • Thank you message to volunteers, donors, and participants.
