Serenade your senses in this restorative, full-body sound bath experience designed to calm your nervous system, clear your energy, and reconnect you with your inner peace. This isn't just a meditation — it’s a ritual.
We’ll begin with a gentle breathwork session to ground your energy, followed by an intuitive affirmation card pull to anchor your intention.
Then, you’ll receive a guided meditation to open your heart and quiet the mind.
As you lie back and surrender, you'll be enveloped in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soft aromatherapy. Crystals will be placed throughout the space to with intention to enhance balance and energetic flow throughout the experience.
